Building a home does not have to be complicated or expensive, at least, not today. Modular homes are those built in sections. As any other construction, modular homes must meet regional, state and national building codes according to the place they will be located. Unlike manufactured homes, modular homes are joined together in the building site by local contractors. Once the structure is done, wiring and plumbing is connected. This type of construction is more convenient and in some cases cheaper than site-built homes. Additionally, they have the same longevity as site-built homes, increasing their value over time.
