T & M Maritime Homes started in Saint John, New Brunswick in 1994 and later was moved to Cougle road in Sussex, 1995 which their current location. The Company makes one, two or three storey house. The typical two storeys home consists of four or five modules, larger custom homes might use eight or more modules of varying sizes. When the components arrive on site, they are ready for assembly on the foundation. Plumbing, barriers, air and vapor wiring, siding, insulation and other construction details are mostly completed. Interior finishing is well advanced, including flooring, cabinets, trim and drywall. Some features and custom upgrades are best done on site, such as brick siding and some hard surface flooring.
