One-Year Protection
This portion of your warranty is effective for the first year you own your new Karsten Home. It begins on the date of the original delivery of your home to your site, and the coverage includes:

Plumbing: toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, and faucets

Electrical Fixtures: porch & decorative lights, switches & plugs, smoke detectors, circuit breakers

Ten-Year Warranty
Your extended warranty protects you from the date of the original retail delivery and extends through that first year, then it provides nine additional years of coverage while you live in your own Karsten Home. That added coverage includes:
