Webster Schroeder
High school is a name used in some parts of the world, and particularly in North America, to describe the last segment of compulsory secondary education. It is preceded by primary education. High school is also the name used to describe the institution in which the final stage of compulsory education takes place. In the United States, high schools generally consist of grades 9, 10, 11, and 12, although the inclusion of grade 9 varies by school district.
Webster Schroeder High School is situated in Webster, New York. The school offers a comprehensive program of instruction, as well as many support services for students. Some highlights of Schroeder's program include advanced placement offerings comprising of in all 23 courses, music which will include 14 performing groups, the sciences which has a state ranked Science Olympiad Team, and numerous extra curricular programs, and it also has over 45 clubs. In addition, the award winning Webster Marching Band, incude over 150 members in it, and it also competes at a national level. Schroeder High School offers students the opportunity to compete on varsity and junior varsity teams in 20 sports. They also have a fantastic varsity football team.
Webster Schroeder is one of the District's two high schools, and is literally home to nearly 2000 students. While they are a large building, their goal is to help each student find success. The mission of the Webster Central School District is to provide an environment in which all students can achieve success and become productive citizens. It also aims on targeting the success of their students. The institution is renowned due to qualities like supportive learning environment, respected and enthusiastic staff and faculty members, and the capability to meet the needs of the community’s wide ranging requirements.
