Gaither
High school is a name used in some parts of the world, and particularly in North America, to describe the last segment of compulsory secondary education. It is preceded by primary education. High school is also the name used to describe the institution in which the final stage of compulsory education takes place. In the United States, high schools generally consist of grades 9, 10, 11, and 12, although the inclusion of grade 9 varies by school district. Their athletic achievements are in different sports namely baseball, volleyball, soccer, track and football.
Vivian Gaither High School is located in the Greater Northdale area of Hillsborough County, Florida. It is a senior public high school, serving grades 9-12, operated by the Hillsborough County Public School System. It serves the communities of Northdale, Cheval, Country Place, North Lakes, Lutz, and other parts of northern Hillsborough County. Students from Buchanan and Ben Hill usually attend Gaither for grades 9-12. Gaither is named for former Hillsborough High School administrator, Vivian Gaither is the principal for the school. The school was established in the year 1984. Brenda Grasso is the principal. The school colors are silver, white and blue. Their faculties include Connie Delaney, Anthony Jones, Lauren Otero, Henry Strapp and Brad Woods.
Vivian Gaither High School is devoted to the education and individual improvement of every candidate. The school attempts to be aware and responsive in its program offerings in order to mirror the requirements of the changing world.
