Easton

EAHS, Easton Area High School is a top high school situated in the United States. Easton High School is a four-year public high school located in Palmer Township, Northampton County, in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania. It is part of the Easton Area School District. The Principal of the school is Mr. Rider.
Easton Area School District respects the diversity of its student population and is dedicated to the importance of developing their students into responsible citizens. They will provide each student with an academically challenging program that enhances creativity, develops an ability to use technology and encourages critical thinking and problem solving. In support of this, they will ensure a safe instructional environment and promote life-long learning.
EAHS is divided into the following departments Art, Business, Distance Learning, English, and History. Easton High School has twice won the Scholastic Scrimmage contest in 1996 and 1998, where Pennsylvania high schools compete against each other in an educational trivia contest. Easton High School is known for its exceptional cheerleading team, which won the National Cheerleading Championship, held in Florida, in 2003.
The Easton Area High School has a varied assortment of extra-curricular activities for students to engage in. These activities provide students with a well-rounded education and often make it possible to put learned skills to test in real-world scenarios. Easton competes in the Lehigh Valley Conference in the District XI athletic division of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association.
