Olympus
High school is a name used in some parts of the world, and particularly in North America, to describe the last segment of compulsory secondary education. It is preceded by primary education. High school is also the name used to describe the institution in which the final stage of compulsory education takes place. Olympus is a top high school situated in the United States. It is accredited by the Northwest Accrediting association, Olympus High School is a public senior high school with grades 10, 11, and 12, located in suburban Salt Lake City. The student body numbers approximately 1,400 with an administrative, counseling, and teaching staff of 80 educators. The AP, Advanced Placement classes include AP English Literature, AP American History, AP European History, AP Psychology, AP Statistics, AP Environmental Science, AP Calculus BC, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Computer Science, AP Physics, AP Spanish Literature, AP Art History.
The athletics programs include baseball, basketball, men's, basketball, women's, cheerleading, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball, swimming, men's and women's, tennis, men's and women's, track, volleyball, wrestling. Olympus school is a dynamic school that promotes academic achievement, high expectations, respect, unity, and safety. Olympus school strives to develop specific goals and high academic standards, using communication and commitment within a shared learning environment.
