Aliso Niguel High School is a public school in Aliso Viejo, California. It is a part of the Capistrano Unified School District, founded in 1993. Its relatively large enrollment of 3,000 is drawn from the nearby communities of Aliso Viejo and Laguna Niguel. This school has also been credited to being a Blue Ribbon School, California Distinguished School, and New American High School.
The school has many clubs like associated student body and National Honor Society is one of the largest and longest-running clubs on campus at Aliso Niguel High School. California Scholarship Federation, Academic Decathlon is a club, Junior State of America is a club at Aliso Niguel whose purpose is to help high school students acquire leadership skills and the knowledge necessary to be effective citizens and voters.
The school receives awards that are California Distinguished School award, Blue Ribbon School award in 2000, New American High School award in 2000. These schools are also engaged in an ongoing, thoughtful dialogue with their staff and the broader community to determine how they can better prepare students for college and careers. The mission of Aliso Niguel High School is to provide a rigorous academic program for students to maximize their potential as they go forward in life.
