DB Hennigar Inc is a residential general contracting company located in Tucson, Arizona. Building genuine custom and luxury homes is our specialty. We are a licensed, insured and bonded contractor and home builder. Whether the clients start their custom home building project from scratch or bring concepts to them, the client’s most challenging projects are the cornerstone of their business. As they are not a production home builder, their homes are always unique.
Prior to the establishment of DB Hennigar, Dave Hennigar was a field engineer for the third largest privately owned General Contracting firm in the United States. His experience includes a mix of heavy and light construction including commercial, industrial and residential building.
At a time when homebuilders have become developers, designers, decorators, and mass marketing giants all rolled into one. DB Hennigar Inc. assumes a more traditional role reminiscent of a time when things were built to stand the test of time. They don‘t just supervise the project from their office or telephone. They’re hands on and experienced managers and tradesmen direct much of their job on site. They know what their role is, they do what they say, they don’t accept mediocrity, and there’s always a level of standard in their work or business. If their clients’ project is special, challenging and unique, they will handle it.
Clients feel, in an era when business ethics seem to be at an all-time low, and customer service appears to have been relegated to history, they find it refreshing to deal with a business owner whose integrity, attention to detail and the patience afforded each client is at the highest level and also goes out of his way to be helpful as a means of ensuring customer satisfaction.
