The manufactured homes are classifieds into three sections such as Burlington Classic, Acadian Series and Edison Series. In Burlington classic, the high end home for the buyer expects amenities and customizing options. This home is drywall, including the kitchen and baths. They offer custom built oak cabinetry, or the option of IXL cabinets with many face options. Single home sections can be 12, 14, or 16 feet wide up to 76 feet long. Multi section homes from 24ft wide up to 32 feet wide. Acadian Series offers mid price homes to meet the demands of the quality conscious customers. The Acadian also offers some customizing but not as extensive as the classic. This home is an excellent value in both single and multi section. Edison Series home is designed for the entry level buyer, and community owner updating a property where size and price are the major determining factors. They offer many floor plans and sizes.
