MacArthur
High school is a name used in some parts of the world, and particularly in North America, to describe the last segment of compulsory secondary education. It is preceded by primary education. High school is also the name used to describe the institution in which the final stage of compulsory education takes place. MacArthur is one of the high schools. It is located in Levittown, New York. John P. Bifolco is the Principal of the school. And Joan Lorelli is the Assistant Principal of the school. The Peer Leaders, the Key Club, Senior Class officers, the Honor Society, and the Music Department devote their time and resources ranging from entertaining at senior citizen centers to installing a children's library at a local medical center.
MacArthur High School honors and rewards academic excellence. A talented and dedicated staff works to help the students to achieve their intellectual, social, and athletic personal best.
The athletics programs include baseball, basketball, men's, basketball, women's, cheerleading, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball, swimming, men's and women's, tennis, men's and women's, track, volleyball, wrestling. MacArthur high school is a dynamic school that promotes academic achievement, high expectations, respect, unity, and safety. MacArthur high schoolstrives to develop specific goals and high academic standards, using communication and commitment within a shared learning environment.
The mission of MacArthur high school is to offer an environment in which all students will acquire the necessary skills to become responsible thinkers who appreciate diversity and are productive citizens in their community.
