Eastside
High school is a name used in some parts of the world, and particularly in North America, to describe the last segment of compulsory secondary education. It is preceded by primary education. High school is also the name used to describe the institution in which the final stage of compulsory education takes place. In the United States, high schools generally consist of grades 9, 10, 11, and 12, although the inclusion of grade 9 varies by school district. Eastside is top high school situated in the United States. Eastside High School is a high school located in Taylors, a suburb of Greenville, South Carolina. It is a public school under authority of the Greenville school district. The school was created in 1970 and has become a standard of superiority by garnering several honors ever since. Eastside High School is the educational center of community. Their faculty, students, and parents share a deep sense of pride and commitment to their school. As a learning community, they strive to ensure quality and equity in a positive atmosphere with a strong emphasis on academics, athletics, and arts. Eastside first opened its doors to 650 students in August of 1970. Mrs. Sheryl Taylor is the interim Principal of the school. The school has several departments’ social studies, mathematics, science, foreign language, fine arts, business, physical education, special education, guidance, and media center. At Eastside High School, their mission is to provide a learning environment where students are challenged to reach their individual potential in the acquisition of knowledge and the development of personal, cultural and democratic values essential for future success.
