John Luciano is the principal and Meldine Lee is assisting to him.The mission of Manteo High School, in partnership with the parents and the community, is to prepare students for success in a changing world by providing a meaningful course of study along with opportunities to achieve excellence based on each students talents. Their vision is that each student will have an opportunity to achieve excellence in accordance with his or her talents and, upon graduation, be prepared to function as a contributing member of society.
It is their mission to produce graduates who have the skills necessary to think analytically, communicate clearly, and perform independent and cooperative tasks effectively. Manteo High School offers students of all abilities and learning styles the opportunity to cultivate their individual talents and interests. The school aims on targeting the success of their students. The institution is renowned due to qualities like supportive learning environment, respected and enthusiastic staff and faculty members, and the capability to meet the needs of the community’s wide ranging requirements.
