Peters Township High School provides an exceptional educational experience for students in grades 9 to 12. Peters Township High School is located at East McMurray Road, McMurray, Pennsylvania. The school was built in 1969 and renovated in 1981. The school serves 1288 students in grades 9 to 12. There are 80 teachers on staff and one building principal and two assistant principals. The Peters Township High School provides an exceptional educational experience for students in grades 9 to 12.
Peters Township High School is a vital part of the total educational process of each individual student. Through physical activity, the program helps students obtain a balance in all areas of well-being including physical, intellectual and social areas. The purpose of their extra-curricular sports program is to support and foster opportunities for boys and girls to actively participate in activities other than the academic. This develops learning outcomes in skills, emotional patterns, communication, interpersonal group dynamics, teamwork, leadership and general knowledge.
