Old Mill

Old Mill Senior High School is an American public high school in Millersville, Maryland serving students in grades 9 through 12. It was occupied in 1975 and is administered by AACPS, Anne Arundel County Public Schools. The school was built to alleviate over-crowding at other schools in the area.
Since 1977 Old Mill has been accredited by the Commission on Secondary Schools of the Middle States Association. Old Mill High School has been an IB, international baccalaureate World School since April 2005. It offers the IB Diploma Programme and school offers a variety of standard level and higher level courses includes IB English 1 and 2, IB French 1 and 2, IB Spanish 1 and 2, IB History of the Americas 1 and 2, IB Info Tech, IB Biology 1 and 2, IB Physics, IB Chemistry, IB Mathematics 1 and 2, IB Mathematics, IB Mathematical Studies.
The athletics programs include baseball, basketball, men's, basketball, women's, cheerleading, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball, swimming, men's and women's, tennis, men's and women's, track, volleyball, wrestling. Old Mill high school is a dynamic school that promotes academic achievement, high expectations, respect, unity, and safety. Old Mill high schoolstrives to develop specific goals and high academic standards, using communication and commitment within a shared learning environment.
The mission of Old Mill high school is to offer an environment in which all students will acquire the necessary skills to become responsible thinkers who appreciate diversity and are productive citizens in their community.
