Amador Valley High School is in Pleasanton, California. Amador Valley High School is a suburban, comprehensive, four year high school serving 2571 students from 2006 to 2007 school year. It is one of three high schools in the Pleasanton Unified School District. Amador has experienced an increase in diversity over the years. It is located forty miles southeast of San Francisco, the city of Pleasanton has a population of approximately 67,000 and has experienced considerable growth over the last decade in its residential and business base.
It has achieved national recognition in academics, athletics, and extra or co-curricular programs. Amador has been selected as a National Blue Ribbon School in 2002, California Distinguished High School, and a California Digital High School. It also has published several award-winning yearbooks.
Amador Valley High School has successfully included a diverse range of facilities for their candidates in various fields. The Academy's key mission is to teach students serve efficiently future betterment.
