Don Craighead constructs its system-built homes using straight stick frame construction methods. Their homes are almost indistinguishable from site built homes. However, their homes are engineered and constructed in a quality controlled environment where their materials are not badly affected by cost or weather or any material purchase.
Their System-built homes are engineered using computer assisted design technology. They build all floors, rafters and walls with solid materials at 16 inch on center standards. The construction takes place away from the weather elements in their controlled environment.
