Diyanni Homes is a family owned company, headquartered in Reynoldsburg, OH, which has been constructing custom homes in the area of the Central Ohio for over thirty years. The design center of Diyanni Homes is a whole store filled with creative methods to bring a home to life.
Diyanni Homes provides the clients with an exciting range of textures, styles and colors from carpeting, kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring to faucets, fixtures and numerous other details of design taking in consideration the decisions of the client. To assist the client at every step, a design consultant is appointed by the Company.
A different excellence assurance group along with a highly skilled staff who are experts in mechanical, water and air intrusion and structures will run the home all the way through a thorough process where more than seventy individual objects are tested. This group of staff guarantees that each home built by the Company is equivalent to or more enhanced than the model homes. When the construction of the home is finished, the Warranty Technician of the Company takes the client on a tour of each room to reveal the operating procedures and the excellent features for all facets of the home and also to explain the service procedures.
Once the innovative home is completed, the Company arranges a meeting between the customer, the Supervisor and the Warranty Technician to take a review and walk through of the house from inside and outside. Further the modifications or corrections are taken care of by the company staff.
