In the area of design, with an extensive CAD program, they can provide a floor plan that will work for both livability as well as affordability essential for your complete satisfaction with the finished product. The CAD program they use to design floor plans allows them to generate 3D views of both the interior and exterior of the home before it is built. While designing the home they use icons that are representations of furniture. These icons can be resized to the exact dimensions of your furnishings to make sure of their accurate placement and display in the home. Many plans have wide hall ways with square footage which ultimately raises the costs of construction. Their plans are customized to both your livability needs as well as your budget.
The company provides you with floor plans which have been constructed and designed by Berg Custom Homes & Design, Inc. While other plans you will see in books or magazines, the dimensions listed on each floor plan are the actual size of the finished room. Dimensions listed in other plans from book or magazines will list the dimensions but are calculated from the exterior wall to the interior wall. Their plans are designed to be user friendly for those unfamiliar with the building industry.
