Kingsville is a city in Johnson County, Missouri, USA. The population was 257 inhabitants at the 2000 census. Johnson County is a county located in the U.S. state of Missouri. Its county seat is Warrensburg. The county was organized in 1834 and named for Vice President Richard M. Johnson. Missouri named after the Missouri Siouan Indian tribe whose Illinois name, ouemessourita, is a central state in the United States.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.8 square kilometers. In the city the population was spread out with 22.6 percent under the age of 18, 11.3 percent from 18 to 24, 26.1 percent from 25 to 44, 26.1 percent from 45 to 64, and 14.0 percent who were 65 years of age or older. For every 100 females there were 97.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 105.2 males.
