In 1997, RE/MAX Beach Cities Realty was the only real estate company of 70 in the entire nation to exceed 1 billion dollars in sales volume and in 1998 ended with a total sales volume in excess of 1.5 billion dollars and 1999 saw an increase to almost 1.8 billion dollars. They then surpassed the 2 billion dollars sales volume mark in 2000. In 2001, they again passed the 2 billion dollars mark and ranked as the 39th largest real estate company in the United States. In 2002 they reached almost 2.7 billion dollars in sales volume and they are now the 28th largest real estate company in the world. In 2003 they passed the 3 billion dollars mark in sales volume.
Along with being recognized by real trends magazine as a top producing company for several years, RE/MAX All Cities Realty also continues to succeed as one of the top three brokerages in Los Angeles County.
