Fall Creek Homes follows some basic parameters while building a residential project, which includes 36 inch R-14 exterior fire rated rear door, 36 inch interior and exterior passage doors, except for few exceptions, 36 inch R-14 steel insulated front door with glass sidelite and choice of color, 12 inch overhangs applicable to 10 inch on 32 feet wide homes, OSB, the Oriented Strand Board, complete house wrap, plywood reinforced mate walls, high quality, residential, energy saving low-e insulated glass tilt windows, 8 feet sidewalls with an option of 9 feet sidewalls and exact roof pitches ranging from 4 by 12, 6 by 12, 8 by 12, 12 by 12.
They follow special parameters for the quality as well which includes triple 2 inch by 8 feet headers on edge with jack studs for all exterior openings, highly efficient roof ventilation system like inno-vent, continuous soffit baffle and ridge vent, fiberglass tubs and showers, composite sinks and brand name appliances and materials, Owens Corning, O.C., blown-in fiberglass insulation in ceiling, 2 inch by 6 feet, sidewalls 16 inch O.C and 16 inch O.C. interior wall construction.
